Concretely, your customers reach lawyers and expat experts in 197 countries, 24/7, through your usual channel (your site, app, customer area, CRM). You do not run the service: we handle calls, lawyer payouts and support. You receive a single monthly invoice.
Every partnership is bespoke. Based on your industry, estimated volume and needs, we define the formula (per-member, flat, tiered or bespoke), the customer access mode (link, widget, QR code, API), commercial terms and duration. All terms are recorded in an Order Form signed electronically, alongside the B2B Terms and the GDPR DPA.
You access a real-time partner dashboard: calls placed, duration, language, request type, consolidated KPIs. Everything is transparent. You can export to CSV or plug our events API into your internal BI.
