From your partner dashboard, you add your clients one by one, you import them via CSV or you sync your CRM through the REST API. SOS-Expat then automatically sends each client their activation email containing their personal access code.

Concretely, your customers reach lawyers and expat experts in 197 countries, 24/7, through your usual channel (your site, app, customer area, CRM). You do not run the service: we handle calls, lawyer payouts and support. You receive a single monthly invoice.
Each partnership is built bespoke. Based on your sector, your estimated volume and your needs, we agree the formula together (per-member, flat fee, tiered or custom), the onboarding modality for your clients (manual addition via dashboard, bulk CSV import, or REST API sync from your CRM), the commercial terms and the duration. All terms are recorded in an Order Form signed electronically, alongside the B2B Terms and the GDPR/CCPA/LGPD-compliant DPA.
You access a real-time partner dashboard: calls placed, duration, language, request type, consolidated KPIs. Everything is transparent. You can export to CSV or plug our events API into your internal BI.
