Any further case management or collaboration continues directly with the provider, outside the platform.

SOS-Expat offers a quick first contact with two types of providers: • Lawyer (€49 / 20 min): Licensed legal professional registered with the bar. Initial legal advice on contracts, disputes, immigration, labor law... • Expat Helper (€19 / 30 min): An experienced expat living in your destination country. Practical advice on administrative procedures, housing, local culture... These calls provide initial rapid assistance. If follow-up or case management is needed, this is handled directly between you and the provider, outside the SOS-Expat platform.

Our providers are verified professionals who offer a quick first contact of help: • Lawyers: graduates and registered at the bar of their country (€49/20min) • Helping expats: experienced expats living for at least 2 years in their host country (€19/30min) All go through a verification process (KYC) and are rated by users. Rates are set by SOS-Expat, service providers do not set their own prices.
