Creating an account on SOS-Expat is free and takes less than 2 minutes. No app download needed — everything happens on sos-expat.com.

• Step 1: click "Sign up" at the top right of the homepage
• Step 2: enter your email address and choose a secure password
• Step 3: verify your email via the confirmation link sent
• Step 4: complete your profile (name, country, preferred language)

Once registered as a client, you can immediately browse available providers and make your first call. No payment information is required at registration — you only pay at the time of the call.
