  • Serious technical problem: if audio quality was unacceptable and prevented communication, a refund may be granted
  • Unanswered call: if the provider did not call back within expected timeframes, you can request a refund or credit
  • Unqualified provider: if the provider was clearly unqualified for your issue, report it through the rating interface
Refunds are not granted for:
  • A properly conducted call whose answer did not meet your expectations
  • A technical problem on the client side (internet connection, microphone)
To request a refund, contact support within 48 hours of the call. Our team reviews each case individually and responds as quickly as possible.
