2. Availability
- Respect your agreed schedules
- Inform promptly of any unavailability
- Respond within announced timeframes
3. Transparency
- Clear and displayed fees
- Complete information about services
- No promise of results
4. Confidentiality
- Absolute respect of professional secrecy
- Protection of client data
- Discretion regarding consultations
5. Integrity
- No conflicts of interest
- Refusal of any corruption
- Honesty in communications
Prohibitions
Strictly Forbidden

- ❌ Soliciting clients directly
- ❌ Sharing confidential information
- ❌ Making misleading advertisements
- ❌ Discriminating against clients
Sanctions
In case of non-compliance:
- Warning - First minor breach
- Temporary suspension - Repeated breach
- Permanent exclusion - Serious breach
- Referral - To your Bar Association if necessary
